The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

To be honest, I was little bit scared after seeing mixed reviews here but it turned our pretty good. We went from Nha Trang to Hoi An, bus was there 20-30min earlier but staff informed us about it 30 minutes before it. The staff inside with the driver were really nice, they helped us with our bags and gave us free water and small snack. The cabin was clean with blanket and alright in space even for me (184 cm). Driving was okay without too much honking but dont expect any luxury sleep cause the road is bumpy and there are a lot of turns. There were quick 3-4 toilet stops and bus got in Hoi An around the promised time. I dont know if we got lucky and other people super unlucky or they expect something impossible but i would go again with them. 10/10

Above is 5 Stars (*****) to evaluate the garage. But besides that, we also need to improve further 1. Training staff to know how to use and handle social networks. Specifically, there are apps that link to sell bus tickets such as: Vexere, Momo, etc. to check tickets for customers more easily. 2. Complete the car's Wifi system. Sometimes customers run out of money midway and can't use the internet to contact their relatives... Go online to check for tickets ordered online. Wishing the Company more and more sustainable development and increasingly enhanced reputation. Wishing the team of drivers and service staff to be healthy, happy and sociable.
