Here’s the review I which I had when I was trying to decide between the 50 bus companies that operate out of Da Lat. **Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh, small double sleeper, VIP sleeper bus**. >>>Getting on: After booking I got an email asking for my phone number / WhatApp. Then on the day before we travelled I got a great Whats App message, in English, telling me exactly what to do the next day. It said where to go, what the bus plate number was and said to take a photo of myself when I arrived so the driver could find me. This all worked really well and totally took the stress out of trying to find a particular spot in a large bus station when you can’t read anything. Upon entering the bus I took my shoes off and placed them in the bag provided, I then took this with me into the sleeper. >>>The journey: Our driver was excellent. I felt safe the whole time. All announcements were in Vietnamese and English. When we started there were announcements asking us to be considerated of others which included a requrest to use earphones and keep phones on silent. This resulted in a nice calm atmosphere. There was an annoucement about 5min prior to say the bus was stopping for 30mins for lunch and bathroom. The announcement added that slippers would be provided for our convience. This is what we wore when we left the bus. Lunch was classic Vietnamese bus stop food. Cheap and cheerful. After lunch, before we left, they did a quick head count. There were a couple of random short stops along the way. All in all we made good time. >>>The sleeper: I booked a small double sleeper on the VIP bus. Although they will sell two tickets for this space I wouldn’t recommend trying to fit two western sized people into this space. It was perfect for me by myself. I’m 1.70 and I was just touching the ends. I could also just sit up with my legs crossed, but not if I straightened my back. The seatbelt worked well. The area was clean, I had a pillow and a blanket that was like sleeping bag material. The bed went totally flat and had a lever on the side that allowed me to raise the back up to about 45 degrees. Very comfortable! There was also a usb port for charging my devices. There was a light I could turn off and on, AC I could control, curtains on both the asile side and window side, two little bottles of water a TV that worked but had no content on the day I travelled. >>> Arriving: I personally couldn’t tell from their website where in Ho Chi Minh we would be dropped off. Our trip ended at the Western Bust Station. Which wasn’t ideal. But OK if you know and you can plan for it. We arrived from the north-east and slowly ground through the city in rush hour until we finally reached the opposite south-west corner. - Not to end on a bad note though! This was a really great service.

Guide for first-time travelers Review of the trip from Sai Gon to Nha Trang In Saigon, the bus company has a waiting room, serving snacks such as cakes, water, etc. After getting on the bus and sleeping for about 5-6 hours, you will arrive in Nha Trang. In Nha Trang, the bus company has a free shuttle service, but you must book in advance with the bus company when booking a ticket or when the bus company calls you to confirm your ticket before leaving. After the bus arrives in Nha Trang, you contact the staff (should use Google Translate and give it to them to read) to help you find a shuttle. You should not trust people wearing Grab shirts inviting you to take a ride outside. Talking about the quality of the bus, it is excellent, the bus is made in a cabin style with a space design, there is no toilet on the bus or there is (depending on the type of bus you choose), so you should take a 22-cabin bus instead of a 32-cabin bus for the best experience. Most of the drivers are elderly, so they do not know English, you should use Google Translate to communicate with them. Hope this review will help you when you go

We left from Dalat and went to Chau Duc. Getting to the bus as foreigners was more complicated than we wanted. But the bus assistant called us and sent the location. Then he personally walked to help us. It was an interesting first time on a sleeper bus with two young children. We were uncertain when the bus would stop for a break or food. I was surprised when we stopped at midnight in Can Tho and everyone got off and ate some food. When our stop came they woke us up and made sure we were ready. Overall it was a good experience. They have a pillow and blanket on each bed and there was enough room for 1 adult and 1 child comfortably.

Chúc hãng xe luôn suôn sẻ ,thượng lộ bình an Hẹn gặp lại chuyến 5 giờ sáng mai

Thank you so much. If you want to use the cabin bus from Phu My Hung to Da Lat, use here. I had a hard time understanding him because he had a Vietnamese accent, but I could easily communicate in English! The office called me an hour before boarding the bus, and even though I had to transfer several times because I didn't arrive on time, they kindly accepted me. If you take a shuttle (van) at the main gate, it will take you to the meeting point. Since you are in a hurry, cut off the ticket first and hand it over. Although the driver or conductor does not speak English, they will let you know when you get to the drop-off point. There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. Overall, I feel secure when using this bus company's service, and will support and recommend this bus company's service to my relatives.

This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. From calling to boarding the car, everyone was very attentive and proactively called me for instructions, with a friendly and gentle voice. Lying in the car is also quite comfortable, with blankets and mattresses full of mineral water. My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. He guided me down here, no ghost dared to take me (because this is the area of the underground motorbike taxi force, people playing candy cane...) And so I was taken down to Nga 3 city, a bright place. safer. A Car Trip learns many new stories. Thank you garage for your help
