First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

The sleeper bus to BMT was comfortable, more space than what I experienced before, bottle of water a blanket and a pillow included. AC was set to a good temperature. We left on time and arrived 30mins earlier than expected. Driver was great compared to other ones in Vietnam! Not too much honking, no loud music or other noises and driving felt safe so it was easy to sleep. I'm glad I booked through Vexere and had the bus gps location and plate number because I had to search around the bus station to find it which is a Da Lat bus station problem (not all buses are up on the information board), not the company.

Although the Saigon - Da Lat route is newly operated by the bus company, both the outbound and return trips were satisfactory. The car is new, the interior is clean.
