This garage impressed me the most with the driver and the bus assistant. One of my foreign credit card worked to buy ticket online. The bus service called to change my pick up address, it was difficult to understand but person on the phone knew enough english to give me the information. The information on app was correct, no problem with pickup. At final dropoff, there was a person taking down addresses for drop off for van shuttle. It will be difficult if you don't know vietnamese. Be aware of what others are doing and use Google translate if needed.

Positives - Great attitude by the conductor who was friendly in support. He asked if the seat was good and where we would like to be dropped in Dalat. - The bus was very clean, no dust no used tissues etc. - bathroom 🚽, yes 👍 clean yes 👍 - The length of the seat is comfortable for the journey duration, I’m 179cm so my foot was touching the end of the cabin but I could manage. - 2 pillows( 1 basic and 1 long one) that helped. Suggestions: - Blanket could have been longer😅, could only cover until waist.
