Although the driver or conductor does not speak English, they will let you know when you get to the drop-off point. There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

I have used many bus companies, this time I was impressed with the shuttle driver for our group, who was female, very cute and friendly, enthusiastically supporting customers. The car was ok, clean, no bad smell, the driver and the assistant were very attentive and professional.

Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

We had a really good experience. We got there in time as indicated and the bus departed on time and arrived early. Felt really safe. Very comfortable (we booked the double bed size due to my partner's very long legs), we managed to sleep most of the trip. People were all very quiet. Staff were nice. The only difficulty was the language as not many people speak enough English for detailed conversation. However, we do not speak Vietnamese either. Other Vietnamese travellers helped. Definitely recommend this mean of transport with this company anyway. Haven't tried others yet 😊

Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick! That day I had a heart attack and couldn't sleep, so I was given special privileges to sit next to the driver, otherwise I would have fainted. Uncle Tanh gave me his seat and Mr Khai stopped to buy me ginger tea huhuhu! Very very good! Infinite merit!!! I thank Mr Khai and Mr Tanh Dalat car, license plate number 50F 022.81, returning from Dalat to Ho Chi Minh City on October 13, 2024 at 10:30 pm. I asked my whole family and everyone said they slept very well. That day, because I was awake, I witnessed the driver driving very carefully the whole way! Going through Bao Loc pass was very stressful, but my car ran smoothly and turned corners more carefully and slowly than other cars! Driving in the fog for several stretches was completely ok! The car didn't swerve or wobble at all. At each station, the driver reported carefully and in detail! Very attentive! The car is so cute!!! 💯 points !!!! Our typical employee votes 6 tickets for Mr. Khai and Mr. Tanh! Hope you two are always happy and healthy!!! My family will continue to support Dalat for a long time!
