The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. If they do, please tell them to contact me at my phone number, and I'll assist them. My number ends in 666, the trip was from the university to Nha Trang on January 16th. Oh, and the lovely female receptionists even changed my single room to a double room and added a note saying (I'm alone) in love. But sleeping alone in a double room means every time the bus turns a corner, it's a disaster! I don't travel by bus often, but it's enough to give it a 10/10.

Great services... I will definitely use their service again if I have the chance, but I won't buy tickets through the cheap bus app again because it hides the behavior of the Dalat bus company on my previous trip. My 1-star review was rejected with the reason "the bus company has already handled the issue with the customer," even though I am the customer and my experience says it has been handled. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. Thank you so much. If you want to use the cabin bus from Phu My Hung to Da Lat, use here. I had a hard time understanding him because he had a Vietnamese accent, but I could easily communicate in English! The office called me an hour before boarding the bus, and even though I had to transfer several times because I didn't arrive on time, they kindly accepted me. If you take a shuttle (van) at the main gate, it will take you to the meeting point. Since you are in a hurry, cut off the ticket first and hand it over. Although the driver or conductor does not speak English, they will let you know when you get to the drop-off point. There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Mình ấn tượng với bạn Sim và có hỏi thăm tài xế về bạn ấy và biết bạn ấy là người Đà Lạt ,niềm nở nhẹ nhàng ánh mắt rất tập trung lắng nghe. Thật tuyệt vời Các nhân viên còn lại cũng rất tốt nói chuyện nhẹ nhàng và rất ok,Về thái độ nhân viên &tài xế thì mình chắc chắn ăn đứt các hãng xe dịch vụ hiện nay. Chất lượng dịch vụ trong xe cũng có nhỉnh hơn các hãng khác về thái độ bác tài & xe tương đối ok so với hãng khác Nếu cần tốt hơn thì hãng nên lót tấm nệm mỏng (mình đã từng trải nghiệm) để khi bẩn thì giặt ,chứ nằm trực tiếp trên ghế da thì rất mau hôi và ko vệ sinh được, mình nằm cứ cảm giác nằm chung mồ hôi với người lạ nên mình cứ phải mang cái mền mỏng để lót nằm. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. After booking, the staff calls to confirm immediately and the app/email is very updated. regularly, in detail. On the day of departure, NV called back to set a specific time. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well. The room for 2 people with a weight of about 120kg fits well, not too wide, anyone who is bigger probably won't be comfortable. That's it. The driver and assistant spoke very kindly. Ask me where to transfer to. There is a one-time stop for guests to use the restroom. At 5:30, we arrived in Dalat. Even though it was just an empty lot, there were already several shuttle buses waiting, so we didn't have to wait long, each carrying a few groups of passengers going in one direction. Where I live about 5-6km away, I still enthusiastically brought them to me. However, the shuttle bus was so terrible, it felt like a roller coaster 😅. In short, it was a very satisfying experience. Here’s the review I which I had when I was trying to decide between the 50 bus companies that operate out of Da Lat. **Da Lat to Ho Chi Minh, small double sleeper, VIP sleeper bus**. >>>Getting on: After booking I got an email asking for my phone number / WhatApp. Then on the day before we travelled I got a great Whats App message, in English, telling me exactly what to do the next day. It said where to go, what the bus plate number was and said to take a photo of myself when I arrived so the driver could find me. This all worked really well and totally took the stress out of trying to find a particular spot in a large bus station when you can’t read anything. Upon entering the bus I took my shoes off and placed them in the bag provided, I then took this with me into the sleeper. >>>The journey: Our driver was excellent. I felt safe the whole time. All announcements were in Vietnamese and English. When we started there were announcements asking us to be considerated of others which included a requrest to use earphones and keep phones on silent. This resulted in a nice calm atmosphere. There was an annoucement about 5min prior to say the bus was stopping for 30mins for lunch and bathroom. The announcement added that slippers would be provided for our convience. This is what we wore when we left the bus. Lunch was classic Vietnamese bus stop food. Cheap and cheerful. After lunch, before we left, they did a quick head count. There were a couple of random short stops along the way. All in all we made good time. >>>The sleeper: I booked a small double sleeper on the VIP bus. Although they will sell two tickets for this space I wouldn’t recommend trying to fit two western sized people into this space. It was perfect for me by myself. I’m 1.70 and I was just touching the ends. I could also just sit up with my legs crossed, but not if I straightened my back. The seatbelt worked well. The area was clean, I had a pillow and a blanket that was like sleeping bag material. The bed went totally flat and had a lever on the side that allowed me to raise the back up to about 45 degrees. Very comfortable! There was also a usb port for charging my devices. There was a light I could turn off and on, AC I could control, curtains on both the asile side and window side, two little bottles of water a TV that worked but had no content on the day I travelled. >>> Arriving: I personally couldn’t tell from their website where in Ho Chi Minh we would be dropped off. Our trip ended at the Western Bust Station. Which wasn’t ideal. But OK if you know and you can plan for it. We arrived from the north-east and slowly ground through the city in rush hour until we finally reached the opposite south-west corner. - Not to end on a bad note though! This was a really great service.
