⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience with Binh Hoai bus! I had a very comfortable and satisfying trip. The bus was on time, clean and smooth. The driver was friendly, drove carefully, the support staff was enthusiastic and thoughtful. I was especially impressed with the professional service attitude and dedication of the bus company. I will definitely continue to support Binh Hoai on future trips. Very trustworthy and worth choosing!

The bus wasnt the most comfortable but the charging ports worked and the cleanliness was acceptable. The drivers though, they were incredibly friendly and accomodating, when we arrived in the morning in hanoi for a stop they even took me to breakfast and refused to let me pay my share. Absolutely loved the boys and even took pictures with one of them.
