My bus was filled with mostly older people, so when I breathed in, I felt a bit of an old person's smell. When I got off the bus, my drop-off point was originally planned to be Nga 3 Soi (Nha Trang) and I took a Grab, but the bus stopped. He guided me down here, no ghost dared to take me (because this is the area of the underground motorbike taxi force, people playing candy cane...) I booked a car at 6:00, unfortunately I couldn't park my motorbike, I had to drive around for 15 minutes to park my car, the drivers were willing to find a parking space to wait and give dedicated instructions 10 points for the service 😚😚😚

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. I think the car service is quite good compared to the price range, the only thing is that the car pick up is 1 hour late, waiting a bit long and changing the pick up point makes me run too much :)) When I booked the car on app r, I was pushed by the app. chair, not exactly the chair I chose but that's okay. I don't understand why the app is so slow in updating license plates, it makes me panic :)) The driver's phone number is also wrong. The Good: • Immaculate cleanliness: The bus was impressively clean, and they are very strict about maintaining this standard – eating is not allowed on board. It’s the first time I’ve seen such a focus on cleanliness in Vietnam. Everything inside the bus looked new and spotless. • Reliable WiFi: The onboard WiFi worked perfectly throughout the trip. • Charging options: USB and USB-C charging ports were available, which I also encountered for the first time. • Quiet and peaceful environment: They didn’t leave the lights on unnecessarily or play loud music, which made it easy to relax and sleep during the journey. • Regular restroom stops: They scheduled frequent stops, making it convenient for everyone. The Not-So-Good: • Last-minute change of pickup location: A few hours before departure, they informed me that the pickup point had been changed to a location about 30 minutes farther away. However, they compensated me with 100,000 VND, which I found fair. • Unfriendly drivers: The drivers weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, but nothing unbearable. • Overcrowded transfer in Danang: When we transferred to another bus to get to our hotel in Danang, it was overcrowded, and I ended up sitting on a plastic stool in the middle aisle, which wasn’t ideal. Overall: Despite a few minor inconveniences, I had a positive experience with this company. It’s by far the best bus service I’ve used in Vietnam. The cleanliness, comfort, and quietness made a significant difference, and I would recommend it to anyone traveling this route.
