Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

It's been more than 7 years since I last took Futa. The new Kim Long 34-seat fleet is better, not as stuffy as the Futa 34-seat bus in 2018. The bus runs smoothly, I slept all the way to my destination. No need to print a ticket. Just give the QR code to the attendant to scan and get on the bus. The bus runs on time. The transfer in HCM is quite convenient (luckily there is a transfer point right in front of my house in HCM). There is a slight minus point that the slippers for passengers to change into when getting off the bus are quite dirty, the bus company should clean it to look better.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. The car runs ok, total time from transfer to Phan Rang office is 6 hours 30 minutes. The detailed itinerary is as follows: 11:30 start transfer from District 5 office to the new BXMD -> 12:30 the car starts departing from the new BXMD -> run on National Highway 1A for about 2pm to Xuan Loc, stop -> then run the high section Speed to Phan Thiet, turn down Highway 1A and go straight to Phan Rang -> arrive at Phan Rang office around 6:00 p.m.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket.
