We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. Honestly, I'd read the previous reviews and we were a little worried. But it was the best bus trip we've ever taken. The bus left and arrived on time, the drivers were friendly, the ride was okay (although still bumpy, but that's Vietnam for you ^^), and the seats were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised.

The staff was very enthusiastic and courteous, calling to ask again about the pick-up point and pick-up time. The drivers are very pleasant and do not smoke in the car like other car companies. Love the drivers because I can't breathe when I smell of cigarettes. The car is beautiful, has its own lights that can turn on and off automatically when needed. Very clean, the car's glass is clean and clear, unlike other cars, where the glass is blurred due to water stains. Curtains create a very private feeling. There is a phone charging socket. People of 1m8 to 1m9 can lie comfortably. But it seems that the width of the glass row is a little smaller. The big minus point is that there is wifi but it cannot be used. I hope the bus company invests more in wifi. The car has up to 2 drivers and 1 waiter, a total team of 3 people, and they are well-trained to serve customers with standard service style. The time the car stops for passengers to go to the toilet is very reasonable, without feeling full. In general, it is only 50k higher but much more comfortable than other cars.
