The driver called and asked us to come to another pickup point than the one we selected in the app which, as a non native Vietnamese speaker, required external help for the communication. Instead of just dropping us off at the default drop-off, the driver asked us specifically where we intended to go and made an effort to drive us there. The driver was friendly and helpful. The mini bus was modern and the ride went smoothly.

I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers.
