First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. It sounds a bit hesitant, but I still decided to try it again. First, the bus ticket is cheaper than other Limousine companies and also has a discount code. After booking, the staff calls to confirm immediately and the app/email is very updated. regularly, in detail. On the day of departure, NV called back to set a specific time. The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well. The room for 2 people with a weight of about 120kg fits well, not too wide, anyone who is bigger probably won't be comfortable. That's it. The driver and assistant spoke very kindly.
