My first experience was even better than I expected. I thought it wouldn't be as comfortable as a sleeper bus, but I was wrong. The massage seats hugged my body, and the massage modes were just like a massage chair at home. The driver was safe and careful, so even though I was sitting in the back, I didn't feel any motion sickness. It was truly a wonderful trip, and I promise myself I'll be a regular customer of this bus company for future trips.

The service is very good, the customer service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the car runs on the highway so it takes only 4 hours from Vinh to Hanoi, the bumpy car is due to the road everyone.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.
