The stop is relatively clean (I give it 7/10). The bus stops at about 2 stops for the whole trip, so if you urinate a lot, try not to drink a lot of water before departing. The departure time on the app will be different from reality, the morning of the departure day the bus company will call to schedule a time. You must arrive on time for the bus appointment.

Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. The bus conductor and driver are all attentive, reminding passengers of break times or arrival times... the bus runs on time and arrives much earlier than expected... great driver... even though it runs a bit fast... but as long as you are alert, healthy and have a firm grip on the wheel, it's fine. The facilities are very clean and fragrant, you can lie down for a bit and fall asleep, easy to sleep... and the engine is not noisy, but I don't know about others, but my ears get a little ringing when I hear the engine running for a long time. Suitable and convenient for those who need to go from Ho Chi Minh City (Mien Dong bus station) to Mang Den for a visit!

The bus service was very good, maybe because of the weather so there was only me in one car, the bus still picked me up and then returned empty-handed, I personally felt it was a waste but because of work I couldn't postpone, the driver was friendly and knowledgeable (the driver was born in 1980 and from Da Nang). Next time I will choose this bus!

The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary.
