Good service from Da Nang to Kon Tum. Water, blanket and pillow are provided. You can recharge your electronics with usb plugs. There were some occasional stops for gasing up/picking up people so you could arrive a bit later than described. (Note: we understand and spoke a bit vietnamese)

I booked a car to Mang Den and didn't have too many options. Even though the Phuong Thu bus I ordered is not very new, the car was cleaned and prepared very cleanly, the two drivers ran smoothly so it was easy to sleep.
