New car, I went on the Quy Nhon -> Da Nang trip and it was very comfortable. The shuttle bus picked up and dropped off at both QN and DN. The car company is new but I don't know why I saw many low reviews so I was hesitant when I bought the ticket, but after the trip I found it great. All the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Text the co-driver if you want to go to the toilet and he happily stopped the car at the nearest gas station so my family could get off!! Other cars sometimes grimaced and cursed lightly :) New car, strong air conditioner, clean. I don't understand why there are many low reviews? Everyone please support me, I went from Quy Nhon to Da Nang and the whole car had 7 passengers, it was pitiful. Wish Tan Quang Dung success.

⸻ We took the night bus from Da Lat to Da Nang and had a great experience! The driver was extremely friendly and helpful with everything. The bus itself was clean and very comfortable, making the long journey much more pleasant. We’re really happy we found this company — we hadn’t had such a positive experience with other buses before. I went on a business trip from HCM to Da Nang and then back from Chu Lai. At first, I was a bit worried when trying to book a Ba Thanh bus, but I was extremely satisfied, enthusiastic about booking tickets, answering questions very enthusiastically and clearly about the price, without forcing or placing any restrictions on the customer. Next time I go on a business trip, I will definitely continue to use this car!

Amazing bus, felt like a space ship! The bus driver found us at the station as the bus didnt have space to park at the "gate". Very wide bed seats! Taller passengers may have to sleep diagonally but there is more than enough room to fold ones knees. Great experience!

Extremely wonderful experience. Booking tickets on the app is quite cheap and convenient. The car is extremely clean, I have never seen a car with such a fragrant smell. The driver was polite, drove safely, left and arrived on time. Will recommend to friends to buy Thuan Thao tickets when going to Tuy Hoa

We took a day time sleeper bus with HM Happycar from Hoi An to Phong Nha. I received a WhatsApp message from the organizer to ensure we found the bus ok before departing. The bus was extremely clean and in great condition. The little bed capsules were private and lay totally flat, or you could put them into a partially reclined position. I am 5'4" and could lay completely stretched out, my friend is 5'9" and could do the same with flexed feet. There was a USB port, lights and air vents. The driving felt very safe and there were two drivers who traded off which helped us feel safe as well. We stopped 3 times for toilet breaks. After getting dropped off and going about our day, we realized we forgot air buds on the bus. I messaged them via WhatsApp and they responded immediately that they would ask their cleaning staff. They found them and organised a nearby hostel for them to be dropped off at for us to pick up at our convenience. Very impressed overall, would book with them again.

Very good experience. The bed is spacious, has a pillow, a night light, and a lamp in the room for reading. The bed sheets and blankets are very clean and tidy. The car is comfortable and runs smoothly. The driver and staff are also friendly and polite. There is a shuttle bus to Tuy Hoa city center, which is very convenient. The ticket price is reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied, thank you to the car company.
