My first experience was exactly what I wanted; the seats were very comfortable and the driver was lovely.

I booked a front seat on the driver's side. Excellent view. I really appreciated the fact that they picked me up at my hotel and took me to my destination. Very convenient service.

It was great, 8/10. The driver and staff were very friendly, and the bus ran on time. The drop-off point was flexible (I live in Binh Duong), so I was able to get to work on time. The bus company should consider offering meals to passengers as well. My first experience was excellent. Thank you to the bus company and Vexere!

I took the Be Ha bus for the first time, going to Phu Yen and back to BMT within 5 days. I found the Call Center and Reception Office staff enthusiastic and friendly. The drivers and service were very good and attentive. The good point is that there is a shuttle bus in Tuy Hoa City. The shuttle driver was very funny and enthusiastic in helping customers put their luggage on the bus as well as picking them up on time. I hope the bus company will serve better and have more customers.

First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules... Even if the ticket is more expensive, it's still acceptable..
