First time booking a bus ticket online and even paying in advance but it didn't disappoint! Quy Thao bus station is the only bus (I've ever been on it) where the drivers talk politely and don't use profanity. This alone is a 5 star rating. The driver also drank Pepsi and was very cute, not smoking like other cars. Pick up and pay at the correct point. Be able to lie on the correct bed. Overall 10 points.

First time riding Hai Luan bus, I went from Buon Ho to SG, the driver and bus assistant were lovely. The car doesn't smell like some cars I've driven in the past. It's arranged in the correct location and returned to the right place where the customer registered. I hope the garage is always reputable and enthusiastic to have more customers

First time booking tickets on VEXERE and quite surprised when everything was arranged properly when boarding the bus. Everything was fine, right on time, right place, good driver and assistant, quite comfortable bed, filtered water available on the tray,... just a shame there was no place to charge the battery. But that's fine too!

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. Driving this car is very reassuring because it drives quite carefully, unlike some other cars, every time I open my eyes I feel like I'm flying. The assistant in the car is nice and friendly, but the bus company should clearly tell the customer how to get to the parking area. My family has 2 small children carrying bags under their arms, but I was turned around and walking to the parking lot, my feet were bleeding 🥲 I have 10 diapers left.

Very good service, the bus company picks up and drops off passengers at the correct address, first time riding without incurring additional Grab costs. Enthusiastic staff. Who handled it?? I don't know, so I still bought tickets this time. After this, my entire company will permanently delete the cheap bus app because of this terrible handling. I booked a cheap ticket thanks to the bus company. I took the route from Duc Long bus station to Mien Dong bus station, everything was good. The new bus was clean, the seats were very good, I didn't have body aches like some other buses, I arrived in Saigon feeling fine. If you get off the bus along the way, pay attention and it will be fine.

All service experiences were good, each car picked up earlier than scheduled on the app (probably due to holidays and had been notified in advance but still a bit stuck on the pre-arranged schedule), enthusiastic and polite staff! Still 5 stars!
