I chose HK Bus again after booking a bus to Sapa. The drivers were very friendly. The bus company supported a transfer when I suddenly requested. My friend forgot my things on the bus after being dropped off at the airport, I quickly called the driver and surprisingly the driver did not blame me and was willing to wait for me to get my things back. The bus runs on time, but it takes a long time to park and pick up passengers on a detour that is a bit far. The car often brakes suddenly and returns quickly on time. I took the bus and got on the bus, but when I got to my destination, I was transferred to another bus. But no matter how enthusiastic you are, the blankets will be clean and fragrant so everything is ok. The car doesn't have a toilet, so unfortunately, when I booked the car, it said I would return it to the main store, but when I got back, I returned it to Aeon Long Bien, but it was close to my house, so it's okay.

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
