The driver was there 15 minutes earlier than departure time, but I was contacted ahead of time to inform me, and made sure I in fact boarded. Half way through the trip, driver stopped by what seemed like a small family restaurant. The food was simple but succulent, everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I felt bad when I was asked to pay for that food, as the cost was far lower than it was worth, even considering the province. The food is already prepared so, ready to eat! The review isn't about the food so anyhow, the coach arrived right on time even though we had some long (half an hour) stop to eat. Driver did speed up on the second half, but it wasn't all that scary. That limousine had perfectly function belt on all seats ! I would definitely use again, and would highly recommend picking this transit company.

I have taken Quoc Dat bus several times before but was very surprised because the day I went was a holiday but the quality of the trip was very good, on time, correct seat, clean, had wifi, the driver and the bus conductor were very pleasant to talk to. I was shocked at first when I saw the driver charging 100,000 dong more because it was Lunar New Year and making me sit on the floor when there were no seats, driving as if it was some kind of game, going back and forth on the central line hundreds of times.
