Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

In the afternoon, I got a bus ticket that ran very well. In the afternoon, when I booked tickets A1 and B1, the staff put me near the back of the bus even though I arrived very early. This part of the bus doesn't have curtains and I'm in the sun so I called the operator so I could change seats. When I arrived in Hanoi, I switched to another car from this company and enjoyed it very much. The car was newer, comfortable and clean. Driver and staff are also enthusiastic.

This was my first time booking a bus on a whim and I was very satisfied. The ride was smooth and safe throughout the journey. The driver and assistant were very enthusiastic and helpful. A positive point, different from other buses with separate cabins, is that they provide toilet paper in the restroom.
