Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Good company, we started ride at the same time as expected. Clean, comfy seats with possibility to lay down. We also arrived a lot sooner than it was presented on timetable.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80. We paid drop off subcharge. To different place than office. They first told us to drop off at office. And told us to take taxi. We talked a lot, there was some calling, and then they finaly told they will drive us there. It can be confusing for non vietnamesee speaking travelers. But be persistent and nice, and everyone will try to help you :-)

I took a sleeping bus on my way here..Well, it was a fun experience, and I came comfortably. However, the driving time was too stuffy on the road, so I found a limousine bus. I heard that the driving time was 5 hours, but I didn't make a lot of honking sounds.. My goal is to achieve it. If it's daytime and you don't have to sleep, it's highly recommended. But the usb charging of the air conditioning/seat is random. It would be satisfactory to check that, but isn't that the same for sleeping buses:)

First time experiencing Nam Quynh Anh's VIP sleeper bus and found it very good. Super spacious bed, fully equipped. What I can't do without is the battery charger and the wifi is very complete. The car supports door-to-door pick-up by shuttle bus, so it is very convenient. After booking tickets, everyone should call the bus company to register for a transfer to Vinh.

Tam Coc > Hanoi : we had a toilet break during the trip. The car was clean and had USB plugs, but no WiFi. The bus was late but on a Sunday afternoon after the Têt holidays, there was heaps of traffic. Overall, we made it safely to our destination and that’s what matters

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
