Good service attitude, comfortable seats

We traveled from Ha Long to Hanoi by a comfortable bus, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The bus was very comfortable: soft seats, a clean interior, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. A big plus was that each passenger had access to a personal phone charger, which made the trip even more convenient. We also want to highlight the excellent service: we were picked up directly from our hotel and dropped off exactly at the address we requested. When you book a car, the driver will call to reschedule with you, about 15-20 minutes earlier. Whoever gets in the car first gets to choose the seat first, I got a shared car so I just accepted =)). The car is new, clean, and has comfortable seats for medium-sized people (it's a bit cumbersome if you're eight people). Hmm, the car is new, the air conditioning is cold, so if you can't stand the cold, remember to use a thick blanket to keep warm. The driver drove quite smoothly, but every time he talked on the phone it was quite loud, causing me to wake up in the fog about 2-3 times during the trip but still slept well (luckily I'm fat so I easily wake up and fall asleep). The garage should install a curtain or plastic screen to separate the passenger from the driver, with shelters for both sides. In general, I am very sympathetic to this bus company, so if I go anywhere in Ha Long, I still choose to return to this bus company.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. Next time, I hope to have the chance to meet you again.

It was really nice, good information. The only thing was that we had chosen drop off at the home stay in ta xua, but first when we arrived the driver said he could not go there so we had to take a take for double the pride as the whole trips from hanoi the last bit. Everything else worked really well.
