Honestly, I really appreciate the drivers. I'm not used to it yet in Hanoi. I keep changing drop-off locations but they're still okay.

⭐ 4.5/5 Thanks to the Vexere app, I had a pretty good trip with HK Buslines. The bus was luxurious with a private cabin for each passenger, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Vexere’s hotline worked efficiently and showed responsibility toward customers. Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. First time riding a car but surprised by the quality. After I booked the car, someone called to confirm and told me when to be at the boarding location. When I got on the bus, the guys and bus assistants said the seat I booked was on the 2nd floor (because I booked it wrong), but my wife still let me sleep on the 1st floor. While sleeping at night, the guy woke up in a panic and I dropped the phone. phone on the floor, right in the middle of the aisle, huhu. That guy reminded me to keep my phone inside, I'm so lucky. In general, the staff's attitude and personality are very good, the car is good, there are curtains on both sides, a TV screen, wet towels, mineral water. I got in the car, took off my makeup, took care of my skin, and slept well. Especially the bed is extremely long, I'm 1m61 tall but still has a lot of room, no uncomfortable bending of the legs like other cars, overall very satisfied, really like it.
