At first, the car reported a surcharge and I was a bit worried, but then I was changed to a VIP car. The seats were very spacious and comfortable, and the service was quite good.

The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

Cons: -0.5 star because the booking process on the app is too quick, making it easy to select the wrong step and impossible to go back, which could result in service cancellation. -0.5 star because drop-off is only at the company’s representative office, not at my home :) Pros: The bus departed and arrived on time. Pick-up was exactly at the registered location. Professional and helpful staff. Overall, I rate 4.5 stars for both the Vexere app and HK Buslines. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me.
