This was my first time booking a bus on a whim and I was very satisfied. The ride was smooth and safe throughout the journey. The driver and assistant were very enthusiastic and helpful. The food at the rest stops they partnered with were also good, delicious, and not overpriced. A positive point, different from other buses with separate cabins, is that they provide toilet paper in the restroom. The only negative point is that the ceiling on the lower cabin is too low, so I kept bumping my head every time I sat down. 😵😵😵

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. The female receptionists were lovely. The male staff at the university office were cheerful, caring, and enthusiastic. During my trip, there were two elderly families talking quite loudly. When a staff member reminded them to be quiet, the two elderly people scolded her. If they had given a bad review, I would have responded in kind. The staff member's reminder was very accurate. The two elderly people were talking very loudly, so loudly that I even dreamt about their conversation. So, if the staff member receives a complaint, please don't deduct their salary. It can be a bumpy ride to Dalat (due to many road works going on) but nevertheless the trip is safe and we had no issues
