Honestly, I really appreciate the drivers. I'm not used to it yet in Hanoi. I keep changing drop-off locations but they're still okay.

The car runs on time, the driver is in the right place and safely. Especially the time runs very quickly and the bus company is dedicated to taking customers to the right place they want. Really satisfied with this trip

The car ran extremely smoothly. The service staff was very friendly and enthusiastic in assisting passengers whenever needed. Although the bed position was a bit wrong when I booked through VXR, I still accepted the change.

We were a little worried about the trip because we read the reviews, but everything went great. The drivers changed throughout the trip and drove very carefully. The road was smooth, there was no shaking. We made enough stops to use the restroom and stopped for dinner. In general, the seats may be a little short for people taller than 180 cm, but that’s not a big deal. We enjoyed the trip.
