The bus company's service was very good, there was a shuttle bus to pick me up and drop me off at my place, the driver who took me from HP to HN was very professional, when I got on the bus I was a bit sleepy so he lowered my seat and turned off the music, when I woke up and realized I couldn't find my phone, he immediately called a shuttle bus to find my phone and I received my phone that same day. These guys are legendary drivers. They went from Co Linh to Quan Toan intersection in 60 minutes. They are always the best :))

Lái xe đến đón tôi tại số 736 Nguyễn Văn Linh là 1 người tôi mới gặp lần đầu. Tôi quen mặt hầu hết lái xe trung chuyển ở bến xe Vĩnh Niệm. Người này gọi điện nói chuyện ngắn gọn, dễ hiểu và đúng mực. Lần đầu họ đón tôi mà lái xe chạy thẳng vào cửa đón tôi, băng qua quãng đường ngập nước dài gần 100m. Các lái xe trước chỉ đón ngoài mặt đường Nguyễn Văn Linh chứ không chạy thẳng vào ngõ như lái xe này. Lái xe này còn tận tình giúp tôi gửi về nhà chiếc chìa khoá xe mà tôi để quên trong túi và mang theo bên người. Everything was fine. I traveled both ways: from Hai Phong to Sapa and back. The bus schedule was as shown on the app, with a free shuttle service to my hotel in Sapa town. Further distances incur an additional fee. There was no shuttle service on the return trip; I had to go to the pick-up point at 599 Dien Bien Phu myself. The return bus was faster; I arrived back at Vinh Niem bus station by 4 pm.
