The service is very good, the customer service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic, the car runs on the highway so it takes only 4 hours from Vinh to Hanoi, the bumpy car is due to the road everyone.

This part of the bus doesn't have curtains and I'm in the sun so I called the operator so I could change seats.
