The ride was enjoyable. The driver was kind and drove safely. We left an hour later than scheduled. He first messaged to say he was going to be 30 minutes late. Then he was an additional 30 minutes late.

Enthusiastic driver, helping to carry luggage on and off the car. Friendly, asking questions, chatting happily. Clearly confirming pick-up and drop-off locations many times. Generally attentive.

Because of an incident, my plane landed 1.5 hours late. But the driver still enthusiastically called and proactively waited for me to get to the airport and take me home safely. Thank you very much to the garage and driver! Next time I return to my hometown, I will definitely order and recommend to my friends

Honestly, the best bus ride I've had so far has been Mong Cai to Hanoi from 11PM - 6AM. Staff were polite and helpful, and unlike other rides, it was easy to sleep, because the driver wasn't constantly honking. I woke up at 4:30 AM in time for a bathroom break, and the facilities were clean. It's definitely a budget bed, but as a short queen at 159 cm, I was able to fit with my shoes and backpack. USB port works, and with the Viettel 8 gb/day plan, I had plenty to keep me entertained. Water is provided, and the only real negative was a loud auntie on her phone. (not much to do about your neighbours!)
