Normally, the Van Minh bus service is great. Today, however, it wasn't so good. My phone charger wasn't working, and the battery kept draining. I tried three different devices and they all had the same problem, so the issue must be with the power outlet, not the bus itself. The bus was running on time.

At first, the car reported a surcharge and I was a bit worried, but then I was changed to a VIP car. The seats were very spacious and comfortable, and the service was quite good.

The bus company is friendly, enthusiastic, and leaves on time. Modern and clean facilities. However, we have to transfer twice so it takes a little more time.

It is very difficult for foreigners to understand the location of the bus terminal and where the buses come from. I arrived an hour before the bus departed, but after walking for over an hour they finally called me and found me. The service was normal, but anyway I slept better than in a hotel because I was so comfortable. It would be nice if the horns were less loud. But I enjoyed it so I give it full marks. Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great
