The bus runs smoothly, good service, enthusiastic staff

Excellent service. They picked us up from our hotel in Halong and took us to our hotel in Tam Coc. We'd messaged them on WhatsApp in advance and called 10 minutes beforehand. There was one restroom stop and a snack. They provided a 0.5L bottle of water. The bus was large and the seats were quite comfortable. The drive took a little over four hours.

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

Hi everyone. The assistant is a wonderful girl, polite and attentive. Her attitude alone is enough to give this service a 5. She gave me half a day's notice of the departure time. She also provided advice on all matters, even those unrelated to this trip. I asked which taxi service I could use in Hanoi. She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.
