Everything was better than any other similar experience before in 5 years in Vietnam. They called me, send me the correct and precise messages both on Zalo, Whatsapp and via email. Drivers were driving safely, picked us up on time, which was a pleasant surprise. Hope the return trip will be the same.

This was the first time I drove a long distance but felt like a short one, the car drove as smooth as a Samsung and the seat was like a cool, air-conditioned bed. Initially, the car had a problem and the driver reported being late, but he handled it and came to pick us up as scheduled on the system. The driver, Van Si, was so funny and enthusiastic that despite the wind and rain, he transported us safely to our destination. 5⭐️ for driver Van Si and the garage. We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

The ordering process was fast and easy. The company contacted me on whatsapp to confirm our ride and gave me clear instructions on when and where to wait for pick-up. The car picked us up on time and the driver helped us with our luggage kindly. We were given a bag with water, sesame bun and wet wipe. The driver was driving quite safely for the vietnamese standarts. We made 3 stops on the way from Ha Noi to Sa Pa which was good, he even told us for how long we're stopping. The only unpleasant thing was that the driver had a friend or family member sit behind him and they were shouting (talking loudly) the whole time, which was so uncomfortable to be listening to for 6 hours.
