The car is very new, clean, each person has a private room, pick-up service, reasonable price

This was my first time experiencing this bus company's service. They have excellent shuttle buses between Hanoi and Thanh Hoa, new and clean 5-7 seater electric vehicles. The limousine service was superb, and the departure and arrival times were exactly as announced. I will definitely support them again.

Although the departure was later than the number on the express (8:40 am departure but the bus only left at 9:30 am), the driver drove smoothly and arrived at the desired destination, there was a free shuttle service to the hotel. Very good, the Limousine was also clean and new.

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

I have never seen a bus company as cute as this one. The driver, operator, staff,... are all lovely. I will definitely use this bus again.

Enthusiastic driver, car runs ok

The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

First time going to Nghe An by bus. 10 points without any problems. New, clean bus, fast on the highway, few stops, bus conductor and driver were very cheerful and enthusiastic. Decided to book the return trip without looking for another bus company.

Driving so fast, starting at 11:30 from Bac Nghen and arriving at 27 Nguyen Hoang at 4:20. If you adjust the speed, the arrival time is about 6:00 which is great

The bus is on time. Good customer service. Spacious and comfortable bed. Full amenities on the bus, and tickets are also available at a discount. 10 points

I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.

The car is comfortable, clean, trustful and will use the garage service next time
