We are so grateful that our taxi knew where to drop us off. He took us straight to the location. We were greeted with smiles and we had a quick meal before we jumped in the van. We were sat in the seats that we reserved... Which were the four seeds in the very back of the van... My children called it the jumping van because it was a very very bumpy ride. Our driver was a very typical Vietnamese driver. The drive itself was beautiful with canals and houses on the canals.

Excellent bus and very safe driving. To make this a 5-star experience, I suggest the company implement a "no sound" policy for phones at night to respect those sleeping. It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. To make the service even better, I suggest the bus company implement a clear policy regarding keeping quiet (turning off phone sounds) at night to avoid disturbing other passengers. The experience was so good. The switchboard and garage staff are friendly and enthusiastic. Before the bus runs, there are free snacks and drinks. Arrive at your destination and wake up gently like a lover. The car is big and comfortable, like at home and runs smoothly to get there without even realizing it. I had very good experience with this bus operator. The staff are friendly and helpful. Before getting on the bus, we were offered light meals and drinks. When the bus has arrived, the staff woke us up as they were waking up up their lovers. If you are foreigners and planning to take this bus, please don't hesitate as the seats are big and comfortable enough for you to sleep on.

Good experience. The staff was cheerful, polite and friendly. The arrival time was 1 hour later than expected because the car had to stop many times to load and unload goods and pick up passengers. The bus conductors were cheerful and enthusiastic. I was late but the bus still waited for me and didn't leave like other buses. I will support the bus company on other occasions.

An interesting experience: - The bus was on time - The bed was comfortable. 200k was okay. - There was air conditioning and blankets. - I liked the driver and the conductor. I was assigned my favorite seat and was able to change my points quickly. The customer support was enthusiastic and cheerful. - The driver played music while driving, making me nostalgic for Saigon in the 2000s. - The bus stop was clean and beautiful. I got to see the sea elephants. - The shuttle bus was on time. The bus was spacious, comfortable, and cool. - The waiting room at the bus station was spacious, airy, clean, with drinking water, charging sockets, and a restroom. - I liked the bus station's working style: fast, neat, concise, complete, and methodical. It suits my backpacking style.

We booked tickets without paying for the Nha Trang-Da Nang journey (which is very convenient if you don't have a foreign card to pay with). We arrived at the bus station (the departure point was indicated on the ticket), and they printed our tickets for us at the ticket counter. We also decided to buy tickets for the return journey directly at the counter, as the price was the same in the app. We first took a minibus to the meeting point, and then transferred to the sleep bus itself. I recommend bringing a warm sweater or a thin jacket/vest, as it was occasionally chilly, and the blankets were old, but they were available. USB ports for charging your phone worked, and there was toilet paper and toilet paper. Everything was quite clean. We traveled back from Da Nang (Da Nang bus station, Terminal B2, Exit 8) on a different type of bus with three rows of reclining seats. It's less spacious, but still quite comfortable and much better than an 8-10 hour ride sitting down. We also stopped near Nha Trang and were then taken to the station by a small bus. They also transport packages during the trip, and there may be stops. I recommend this company and book VIP seats.

Attentive staff

The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app

The bus left earlier than expected and stopped at many points but overall it was ok.

The driver and the bus conductor were lovely. I was stuck in traffic but they still tried to wait so I wouldn't miss the trip. They were very gentle and polite. The car was clean, airy, and the blankets smelled good. I was very satisfied with this trip.
