I am very satisfied with Ngan Ha Garage. I appreciate the drivers who drove safely on the long route from Hanoi to Lai Chau and the bus staff who served passengers attentively. I will continue to use Ngan Ha Bus Station from Lai Chau to Noi Bai intersection on November 15, 2023.

I booked a ticket to Lai Chau and felt very comfortable because of the quality and dedicated service of the bus company, so in the afternoon I still chose The Anh bus company.

Bus people went to a lot of trouble to make sure I found the bus. Drivers were good. I felt that the bus crew were taking special care for m y comfort as I was a foreigner. Thanks
