The car's GPS worked very well, helping me arrive close to time without having to wait long. The trip departed 30 minutes earlier than expected. The room is clean and fully furnished, cakes, mineral water, cold towels and blankets as advertised, the massage machine works well. The room for 2 people with a weight of about 120kg fits well, not too wide, anyone who is bigger probably won't be comfortable. That's it. The driver and assistant spoke very kindly. This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road.
