I lost my phone in the bus Sapa to Hanoi. so I know later. I asked the airport employee and she called the driver who name is nguyen Duc Phuong(HK buslines. 29H-953.15). He called a taxi driver to help me wholeheartedly and was able to find my phone. Sincerely thanks to him. I was touched by his kindness. Thanks to you, I was able to finish my trip well in Vietnam. I was late for my flight but the bus company still waited for me. Thank you for your good support.

I was a bit hesitant booking the sleeper bus because I have heard many horror stories about them, however the ride was very pleasant. We bought the double bed and even though I am 195cm high, the journey was comfortable and I was able to sleep most of the time (although I couldn’t fully stretch my legs. I would need another 20-30cm for that). The bed was wide and the two of us could fit there quite nicely. There were two stops along the way to Sapa (cca every 2 hours) for bathroom and snacks. The bed was clean and the bus driver honked only occasionally. I really recommend this bus. And if you are taller like me, I recommend paying extra for the better bed.

Definately this bus company is the best! I highly recommend! If I knew it earlier I would been used only this company. Worth the price! They provide a bottler of water, be seated in the reserved seat position(because some company cannot, regardless you booked for a seat), some staff can speak Eng, clear announcement in Eng for about rest area like how long, how many times, what time on and on. So specious seat!you can actually book one seat for 2ppl. My partner and I stayed at one seat regardless we booked 2 seat separately.
