Very comfortable seat. I’m 1.8m tall and there was plenty of room. Pick up and drop off locations meant that I needed to book a taxi at both ends of the journey but it wasn’t too far in either case

I booked the wrong return ticket from 5:20 p.m. to 5:20 p.m., but the staff at the counter contacted me and mobilized to change the ticket very quickly, still ensuring my departure and return times were on time. This new bus company is quite good quality, the cars are nice, and the drivers are all friendly and enthusiastic. I'll be using their services for a long time.

Everything was fine. I traveled both ways: from Hai Phong to Sapa and back. The bus schedule was as shown on the app, with a free shuttle service to my hotel in Sapa town. Further distances incur an additional fee. There was no shuttle service on the return trip; I had to go to the pick-up point at 599 Dien Bien Phu myself. The return bus was faster; I arrived back at Vinh Niem bus station by 4 pm.
