The driver found me at the pick-up point, confirmed my details, and provided clear instructions. The ride was smooth, and I was dropped off at my hostel.

The road from Hanoi to Mai Chau had many mountain passes and curves, but the driver drove very calmly and seemed to be very familiar with the route. I didn't get carsick at all. Awesome service as I changed the pick-up location the night before due to accommodation issues. They were on time to pick me up and had a safe and pleasant ride all the way to Hanoi Opera House. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The bus had wear and tear and had definitely seen better days. The driver drove slightly mad. He brought us from Hanoi to Mai Chau during Tet. We arrived safe and relaxed. 5 stars for working during the holiday.
