The bus was on time, drove us to the main town then we were ushered to a private taxi to our accommodation. It all went smoothly and was happy with the service.

Awesome service as I changed the pick-up location the night before due to accommodation issues. They were on time to pick me up and had a safe and pleasant ride all the way to Hanoi Opera House. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Great garage, lovely history, quick and on-time contact. Clean, cool, if you need to go to the bathroom, they also support you, the staff is helpful. My husband and I were traveling with 2 people, but the bus company still ran for the two of us. Riding like that is really more comfortable than other trips, and better than having a loaf of bread. The garage is very ok. When I got off at a different location, they booked a taxi and paid for me.... very great. From next time I will definitely use this bus company.
