Although the driver or conductor does not speak English, they will let you know when you get to the drop-off point. There is also a shuttle, so you can ignore it if Grab is in operation, and the shuttle driver will also kindly inform you with gestures, so all you have to do is show the hotel address. I really appreciate everything. If you go to DaLat from PhuMyHung, you just book a bus here. Office worker can speak English little bit. And they called me before 1 hour ago to take the bus. I just waited in LotteMart Dist 7 Main Gate, took the shuttle(silver Mini Van) and they dropped me off hub. Just a few minutes later, I could take the bus to DaLat. The officer brought tickets and helped everything. They are so kindly, friendly. The bus driver and sub driver(?) can't say English, but the point is not the problem. They tried to help me always. When I arrived DaLat, I met taxi driver. So I asked anyone, can I use shuttle. They have shuttle service, that's why I just ignored taxi driver. I just showed hotel address, kindly shuttle driver dropped me off right place. I really appreciate everything. I hope to see you again.

Great experience. The bus station is near home, convenient to go & return. The bus departs on time, the driver is polite, helps arrange luggage, the bus staff works professionally, takes good care of customers, supports luggage from the bus to the customer. The bus arrives at the bus station to pick up & drop off customers at the exact location booked. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. No weaving, No fighting for the road, No reckless overtaking, less bumpy. No nervousness & fear like when using Phuong Trang bus. We are very happy to give the car 5***** 👍👍👍👍

I was picked up at my hotel 1.5 hrs earlier than planned but was asked early in the morning if I was able to make the trip earlier. It was pleasant to make it to my destination sooner than anticipated. The driver was very attentive and punctual. He didn’t speak much English but we understood each other great through google translator. The bus was quite comfortable, clean, had covered windows for easy rest, provided blankets and water. The driver had not problem in making small detours to drop off people at their destinations as we were all close to the drop off points. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I definitely recommend this company.

I was fully informed when the pick-up time changed. The driver was polite and drove very smoothly and comfortably. There were passengers in the car that made things difficult for the driver and annoyed everyone, but he still knew how to handle the situation to keep the atmosphere comfortable for the whole car.

This is my first time riding Kumho bus company. I feel 98% satisfied in many aspects, from price, facilities, service to time. Before booking the car, I read negative reviews left by customers. I wanted to see what it was really like so I tried it once. Maybe I'm lucky, I haven't encountered any bad things. However, the trip will be more complete if the driver is enthusiastic and responsible and does not talk too much on the phone or make noise during the first stretch of the road. I will continue to support the garage. Hope next time will be better. Sincere thanks to the garage.
