My partner left her straw hat on the bus that arrived today into your HQ in the city (the bus left Mui Ne at 11.10 this morning - but had to stop for 45 minutes to have one of the bus tyres fixed. The straw hat has a black "band" around it - ad also a black bow at the back of it. We were sat in seats 11 & 12 on the bus. This is not so important - but we just thought we would check to see if by chance you may have found it - and possibly kept it in your office! I booked a 22-room bus, the price on Vexere was 2 million on Tet. When I called the switchboard to confirm the pick-up time, I asked if that was the final price and if there were any surcharges. The operator asked how many people I was traveling with. For 1 3 year old baby and 1 adult, the payment of 2 million was more than enough. The garage even refunded 500k to me. I traveled with my wife from Saigon to Danang. Everything was fine. The bus was new and comfortable. The staff didn't speak English, so we had to use Google Translate. They showed us where toilets were and where to eat. The bus stopped 4 times within our 16-hour trip. We arrived 3 hours earlier than expected. Authentic experience :). The main problem was the company changed our pick up point. They were calling us a whole morning to inform about it but we couldn't understand Vietnamese. The manager in our hotel helped us.
