Great service. Ontime, good driving, van was as pictured. Travel in comfort. I am not short with long legs and I was still quite comfortable. Massage seats were a great surprise. When arriving at the pick up spot, the staff quickly check in and provide the license plate number and confirm time of departure. This helps us foreigners to make sure we get on the right van. Also very great drivers. Very helpful to me when I didn't know where to be or which stop to get off at.

Overall, the trip was nice. The driver contacted us 30 mins before he arrived at the homestay. He was a few minutes late but it’s okay. Then he drove around other homestay to pick other passengers. Then he dropped us at the office, where we all had to get out and transfer to 12 seats limousine. After 2hrs45mins, we reached our destination. It would be nice if the driver gave us more info so we have some kinda clue of what’s going on.

Driver drove like a proper Vietnamese - passing people in the shoulder in a jam etc. Since there was a huge traffic jam and we were in a hurry to get to the airport, I was rooting for him. If you come to Vietnam expecting people to drive like in Europe, go somewhere else

The driver was so nice! The car is clean and confortable , my friend was a few mins late because of the drivers were canceling her ride! He was understanding and waited with a big smile! And we still made it on time!

The driver is punctual. The bus is comfortable and we arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was a little abrupt in his driving but overall it was very good.

Went from Hanoi to Ninh Binh. Was picked up from my hotel in a shuttle car run by the service to take us to the bus and then a shuttle to take us from where the bus stopped to our destination hotel. Clear communication through whatsapp about pick up and all that kind of thing. No issues and super easy, would travel with them again.

I travelled from ninh binh to danang on the overnight sleeper bus. It was our first experience taking these types of buses and we were nervous. Initially, there was a change in the pick up spot 2 hours before departure which was communicated by email. We got to the correct location at 9 and the bus wasn’t there. We reached out through email and received a prompt response which was very much appreciated. They let us know that the bus was 10-15 mins late. Once the bus arrived the driver came to us personally and helped and the customer service agent also confirmed over email. The bus was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bus driver was very kind and extra attentive knowing that we were tourists. We felt safe throughout the whole journey. The bus driver at the end of the ride guided us to the free shuttle that drops you off at the hotel. I would highly recommend.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Hi everyone. The assistant is a wonderful girl, polite and attentive. Her attitude alone is enough to give this service a 5. She gave me half a day's notice of the departure time. She also provided advice on all matters, even those unrelated to this trip. I asked which taxi service I could use in Hanoi. She suggested I book a taxi; the price wasn't much different from what I found on Grab. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The driver drove carefully. The bus was a little late, but I could see he'd been waiting a long time for tourists from a hotel near mine.

The bus company's service process is very good, with very few areas needing improvement. However, it would be better if the company changed its tissue paper supplier, as the tissues have a slightly strange smell. Otherwise, I've witnessed many changes in the bus company over the past two months: drivers and bus assistants are increasingly friendly, the service process is clear and efficient, and they've resolved the transfer bottleneck in Hanoi by assigning specific zones to each bus.

Way from Ninh Bình to Ha Noi was much better than other one with a company, their name I don’t want to say. No bus change, no driver changes, a company member wrote me himself (instead me running in Hanoi streets and asking local people “can you call the driver …?”. Don’t forget to pay additional money for extra service like pick up and drop off when you want. Get ready to change bus to a car in the end point of the bus. Just take your bags and seat to a car. It’s simple. And I’m appreciate a speed of bus. I’m not sure I’d it legal or not, but 100km/h is much better than 80.
