Since there were many buses going on, I took a bus one hour early because the driver coordinated with me and he said that he can pick me up one hour early. It was confusing, but at the end, I reached safe. Overall, the bus was good, and the driver was helpful

Helpful staff. I had to change my departure date twice, once three hours before my scheduled departure. There was no problem with the operator. The driver came and picked me up. The trip was pleasant in a well-maintained coach. Upon arrival, the staff asked if everything was okay and if I had made it to the hotel. I'm returning.

We had booked online and were picked up at the Hanoi office. The driver called us 15 minutes before to let us know he was on his way. The departure was punctual, the journey went very well, the seats were comfortable. We had chosen the drop-off at Tam Coc when booking online, the driver left us near our accommodation.

Amazing service. We had to change our plans last minute because the cruise ships had to cancel in Halong Bay (weather). Ninh Binh Travel call centre were great at reorganising our travel. They responded so quickly and kept me updated directly through WhatsApp. It gave us such great confidence when you could directly contact someone and they reply within minutes. Thank you.

What was amazing was how helpful the driver was. We were supposed to get of in the village and there still was quite a long way to our homestay, but he asked every guest on the bus where they were staying and then drove every person to the exact homestay/hotel. That was really helpful and deeply appreciated! We sat at the very front of the bus by the driver, so I cannot comment about the seats or amenities, but the bus was clean.
