Second 45-minute trip with Han Café (Saigon-Mui Ne in a "Limousine sleeping bus" - cabins - and Phan Rang-Mui Ne in a "standard sleeper bus") and we were just as satisfied as before. The driving was exemplary, the staff incredibly attentive (they checked that everything was alright in your seat, were always smiling, and provided a warm welcome and helpful information at the pick-up point). The bus was clean and comfortable, and the communication was impeccable (they sent us a WhatsApp message to remind us of our trip and the pick-up point). The pick-up point in Phan Rang was comfortable (clean restrooms, drinks available for purchase, and excellent boarding). They even arranged a drop-off point for us because we had gone to the wrong location. Their "standard sleeper buses" are still perfectly comfortable and include several convenient stops. Compared to another so-called "VIP cabin" company where I thought I was going to die (dangerous and uncomfortable driving for passengers, poorly maintained buses, and extremely unfriendly staff), I highly recommend Han Café. Before the day of departure. One day, the company called me to update the license plate as well as confirm personal information and drop off station. I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. I want to say a big thank you to the bus drivers. we arrived from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang earlier than planned (which was very nice) and also the drivers were very friendly. especially one of the drivers (unfortunately I don't know his name). we were treated to free water and there was a toilet on the bus. when the bus stopped along the way, it was a very good place...unlike what we saw in other companies on different routes. Oh my god, this is the first time in my life that a driver stopped to buy me a cup of hot ginger tea because I have heart disease and asthma and get very car sick!
