We went by bus at 19:30 Danang - Nha Trang. The blue illuminated bus looks like a spaceship of the future. Super comfortable! If possible, take the top bunks, and in the middle of the cabin (at least the second row from the drivers, because they can smoke and chat the whole trip) and at least the second row from the toilet (it may smell). We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

First time taking the Binh Thuan-Ben Cat route and choosing the TT bus due to the suitable running time. Seeing a 1* review leaving customers at the wharf roundabout, not picking up customers... I was a bit hesitant but had no choice. The car has no navigation but runs on time, only a few minutes off. Drivers and car assistants are friendly and drop passengers off at the door. The car is clean and modern, but the air conditioner is missing, so the air is cold. 10 points for the quality. Will go again if given the chance.

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely. The bus departed from the bus station in Da Nang and stood in sector B. Always in touch, you could call and find out how to find it. Quite comfortable and private places. There is a dry toilet. There were no long stops along the way for breaks. Overall everything is great.

When getting on the bus, a few people wondered why the seat wasn't a bed. You should carefully check the type of seat on the online booking ticket because I saw it clearly stated it was a seat. The bus company will call to confirm the trip time and license plate number. Please remember the license plate clearly to catch the correct bus.

The driver and the bus conductor are very nice. Yesterday, it was raining. I sat in the car waiting for Thanh Trung bus to arrive. The bus conductor called me and told me to stay in the car and brought me an umbrella. Such a thoughtful action. When I got on the bus, he was afraid I would be cold and brought me a cotton blanket. Every time I got off the bus, he booked a Grab and Be to take me to my destination. They were super enthusiastic. I bought a double bed and it was just enough for 2 people. The garage staff must be said to be super enthusiastic and cute. Before the trip, I called the switchboard and the employee who assisted me spoke super gently and cheerfully. When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!
