I also whispered to the hotline staff that it was my first time going alone to a far away place and going to a wedding. I also gave the garage the address of the wedding restaurant. So 10 minutes later, the bus company called me back and arranged for me to get off the bus as close to the restaurant as possible. Honestly, I never thought there would be such an enthusiastic and attentive car company. The bus departed at 10:15 p.m., I was at the bus station at 10:50 p.m. As soon as I took my suitcase out of the taxi, a guy ran over to support me and quickly put my suitcase in the car's tunnel, while I dressed up and got in the car. My partner left her straw hat on the bus that arrived today into your HQ in the city (the bus left Mui Ne at 11.10 this morning - but had to stop for 45 minutes to have one of the bus tyres fixed. The straw hat has a black "band" around it - ad also a black bow at the back of it. We were sat in seats 11 & 12 on the bus. This is not so important - but we just thought we would check to see if by chance you may have found it - and possibly kept it in your office! The first time riding the car, although there was a little misunderstanding, the driver and bus assistant resolved it satisfactorily and in a friendly manner. The car runs on time and safely. I booked a 22-room bus, the price on Vexere was 2 million on Tet. When I called the switchboard to confirm the pick-up time, I asked if that was the final price and if there were any surcharges. The operator asked how many people I was traveling with. For 1 3 year old baby and 1 adult, the payment of 2 million was more than enough. The garage even refunded 500k to me. Quite a surprise. 10 points for very polite and decent garage service.
