The stop is relatively clean (I give it 7/10). The bus stops at about 2 stops for the whole trip, so if you urinate a lot, try not to drink a lot of water before departing. The departure time on the app will be different from reality, the morning of the departure day the bus company will call to schedule a time. You must arrive on time for the bus appointment.

I booked a ticket from BMT to Nha Trang at 2pm. I went to the main office at 1:30pm thinking that I am early and can have lunch while waiting. It turned out that they were trying to get a hold of me to say that the bus is leaving early! So, the owner is gracefully offered to drive to catch-up to the bus. Once I got into the bus, it looked exactly as the pictures and more. With the massage chair, bottle of water and roomy legroom, I can finally relaxed for the duration of the trip. Thanks to the coordination between the office and the driver, I had a very pleasant journey compare to my previous experience with another bus-from-hell company (VyVan).

The bus company is ok and picks you up on time. However, the drivers and drivers neglected to fix the problem of restricting smoking in the car, which was ok. Because not all passengers are comfortable with the smell of smoking. I've been a passenger in many bus companies that are private, but please follow the way Phuong Trang Busline operates, from the switchboard to the rules...
