It's a sleeper bus, so quiet is key! Also, please display the Wi-Fi password clearly inside the cabin for convenience. I would definitely ride with them again! -------------- The bus is of good quality and the driver is very safe. The car is very ok. I ordered a pick-up in person in District 1. However, if you want to pick up at your door, you must arrange to leave 1-1:30 minutes earlier than the appointment time on the app

The drivers were cheerful and friendly. My mother accidentally spilled a glass of water on the bus but the drivers gently reminded her. You know, older people are not as quick as us. I apologized on behalf of my mother and thanked the Hiep Thanh bus drivers very much.

The bus was on time and arrived at Thanh Thoi ferry station. The dedicated driver quickly used his motorbike to take the couple to the ticket office. Thank you driver and bus operator
