We had a clean, comfortable toilet, modern leather seats, and blankets. The driver drove moderately, did not honk excessively at night and did not brake sharply. We slept well) at 4:30 we arrived at the station near Nha Trang. There everyone was asked to get out, given their things and put into a Sprinter, which went to the center of Nha Trang. Due to the fact that this nuance with the transfer was not agreed upon in advance, it naturally raised many questions from passengers. But the drivers don't speak English. They only show you with gestures where to go)) And they literally forcefully transfer you into the sprinter so that you don’t get lost)

The garage is very thoughtful. I'm in Phu Yen and take the 9pm flight, the bus company has bread and milk ready for passengers (+1 super big point). Call before pick up time (about half an hour). Staff are also very polite and attentive. A big plus is that the after-service is super good. When I arrived in the morning, in the afternoon someone from the bus company contacted me to ask about the experience and service to improve better. The place is also very clean and comfortable. However, because I get car sick, I'm quite sensitive to smells. I hope the bus company can arrange some hanging bags of ginger, lemongrass, or something to make the smell in the car more pleasant. This review has no seeding or advertising, so anyone who is considering experiencing this garage should try it, don't hesitate. A small note for tall people: if possible, you should choose the beds in front. Last day I went because I had no other choice so I slept in the last bed which is a bit short for my height. But it's still quite comfortable, I just think the front bed will be a little more comfortable.

When we get on the shuttle bus and get on the big car, they always help us carry our suitcases. On the bus, there are free cakes and milk for passengers and also prepare motion sickness medicine, slippers, blankets, pillows and especially hug pillows. But we have to rate the garage 10 stars to be enough!!!

Disadvantages: - Only transfer to Da Lat bus station within a radius of 5km, I live a bit far so I have to go to the station myself. - At first I thought there was a transfer to Ma Lo, but the bus company apologized and informed me that it could only stop at Chu Van An. If I can return to Ma Lo, it will be very convenient for me. Because the car is so cute, everyone on the bus is so cute to meet, so my trip yesterday was very ok. Before the driver arrives to pick up the customer, he calls to remind in advance 👍👍👍👍 The limousine is clean and polite with clean blankets, drinks, snacks, towels. Worth the money. Will use it again next time & recommend it to family members. Using this bus saves time & less tiredness. The minus point is that the engine is a little noisy, but other bus companies have louder engines. This is okay. The driver drives very carefully & safely.
