The staff is really very kind.. I left early in the morning and was picked up from a hotel 2 kilometers from the travel pool. The man who guarded it was kind, gentle and able to solve my problems. First time using this bus service, quite impressed. I arrived at Nui Ba, departing at 4:20, returning at 17:35. The waiting room was clean, the staff was enthusiastic. The driver was polite, played soft, relaxing music, the seats had massage, and I slept well on the bus 😆. I saw that they cleaned the bus before inviting passengers to get on. The departure time was 5-10 minutes later than the time on the ticket, but for me it was not significant. There was a transfer to the Sunworld tourist area parking lot, the waiting room was inside. The transfer driver was also polite and enthusiastic. The trip served a small bottle of water with ginger candy, the return trip served fruit in the waiting room, winter melon juice with chia seeds, dried dragon fruit and ginger candy. The ginger candy was delicious, one piece was not enough 🥹 Overall, I was satisfied, the next time I go to TN, I will continue to book this bus 👍

Everything was great. I got an english-speaking contact by going to their ticket office and we communicated by WhatsApp. She was incredibly helpful - she arranged a very convenient pickup and drop off point (along their route). The van was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.
